ARify Studio
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our augmented reality (“AR”) campaigns, websites, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
 

2. Services

We provide AR-based marketing campaigns, interactive installations, and related creative services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without notice.
 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization.
 

4. Intellectual Property

All AR campaigns, software, creative assets, and materials remain the intellectual property of ARify Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the duration and scope of their campaign.
 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate brand assets and approvals.

  • Ensuring end-user compliance with laws and platform guidelines.

  • Any claims arising from the misuse of client-provided content.
     

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., WebAR, Snapchat, Instagram, or QR codes). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes on these platforms.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARify Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, arising from use of our Services. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
 

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARify Studio, its employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from use of the Services, including user-generated content.
 

9. Payment & Refunds

All invoices are due as specified in the contract. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
 

11. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
